Great office computer for Word, Excel, Access, QuickBooks, internet surfing Pros: A minimal amount of bloatware installed, almost a native install of Windows 10, less for me to uninstalled for deployment to a user. Zippy workstation, with a healthy amount of Memory (12Gb), makes the 7200 RPM Seagate drive bearable. Has an M.2 slot on the motherboard, (did not investigate if it’s an NVMe) Minor Cons (keeping price in mind): Looks like a proprietary power supply and motherboard, as in the slots in the back of the computer are misleading to me. My usage need: I wanted to add a Mid-grade GPU for (AutoCAD work) (that requires additional 6-pin power dedicated for the GPU), I could swap the power supply cheaply enough, but the power connectors on the motherboard are not standard ATX either, meaning a swap of the motherboard as well. Its cheap enough that I will upgrade a different user and try again.

Delivered today. No internet access. 3.5 hours with Tech Support yielded.... wifi card was unplugged. But that was because the assembler didnt put in the retention screw and the chip will not stay plugged in without it. So useless. Ethernet port is just plain bad. Requires change out motherboard. So, I received it today, now I wait for a box to be FedExed to me, then ship out. Once that happens I am supposed to have my new computer in 7-12 days. Only then will I be able to check out the rest of the computer. You decide if I will ever buy a Dell again.

Needed a new desktop and this one fits the bill. 10 minute setup and very quick RAM. Very happy with this computer!

Crashed after 3 weeks...is now in the mail to Dell to be fixed..I really regret this purchase
