Update: 04-23-2019 After the parts upgrade, I realized that the airflow in this case is pretty bad. The front glass/plastic panel really restricts intake and the two exhaust fans do not provide much cooling. Also, the stock CPU cooler is bad. Heres an update list: New case for better airflow: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LRVHH6K/?coliid=I3T7UQUZ8Y0T3A&colid=899YVSMGDQZF&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it New CPU cooler (was considering doing a liquid/water cooler but I am going to try this first as it is cheaper): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005O65JXI/?coliid=I2SSI1GFCE14WD&colid=899YVSMGDQZF&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it New Case Fans (Aftermarket Quality Upgrade, dont think it is necessary but): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00F6S10KK/?coliid=I3BX5KDAGZIOA&colid=899YVSMGDQZF&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it At the end of the day, I might as well get a new motherboard to give me some more room to work and upgrade in the future. I can say that by this point I should have just built my own to begin with. Would have cost around the same anyways. But as a pretty amateur builder, this has been a good learning experience. Do not buy pre-builds people! Update: 03-19-2019 I have since replaced the Generic Low-Wattage PSU with this here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NXKRP6Q/?coliid=I1VA5HPP7W87AA&colid=3OL627M17AT18&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it No more GPU over heating issues. Other things Id like to mention: The SSD comes with the OS loaded on it, leaving no room for games that almost require being installed on a SSD (WoW is the main thing that comes to mind.) I installed this one here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07K1NB8XN/?coliid=I2EDEVCX084V90&colid=3OL627M17AT18&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it Also, the MOBO has 2 more slots for RAM, I installed these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0134EW7G8/?coliid=IU6DBX0SDPBC&colid=3OL627M17AT18&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it Finally, to top it off, I am going to install this GPU: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MC23VS4/?coliid=ICJEIUIB53QTD&colid=3OL627M17AT18&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it And another added layer of frustration with this PC, this case is a custom Cyberpower creation; meaning, it is a pain in the ass to get in there to remove the shoddy parts they have installed. Just upgrading the PSU alone has given this PC new life. With some extra time and effort I now have a strong PC that can play anything without issue. I still stand by what is stated in my original review. If a pre-built PC requires extra parts and labor after delivery, then it has failed its sole purpose at being a pre-built PC. Id like to say that this PC on paper is great. Decent GPU and processor. Can play plenty of games without issue. However, what is not mentioned ANYWHERE in the product description is the cheap, low-wattage PSU included. Not only is this PSU not a brand name but a generic PSU, it is too low of wattage to support the components they installed. The GPU overheats due to a lack of power and shuts off; which can cause permanent damage and shorten the life span of the hardware entirely. Not to mention is also a fire hazard. It is fairly shady marketing to sell "expertly assembled" PCs that are made without quality hardware. Right now I am afraid to use my PC until I can get the PSU replaced with something that should have been installed in the first place. On top of all of this, the tech support was anything but helpful. After explaining my issue, they still could not identify a problem. It wasnt until I Googled, "Cyberpower bad PSU" that I found a myriad of people on forums discussing how bad their PSUs are and have they have RUINED PCs by destroying their hardware with cheap power. First impressions are lasting impressions and I will never buy a Cyberpower PC again.

I am absolutely blown away by this computer, especially at the amazing price point on Amazon. I am upgrading from my first build that I put together about 4 years ago, and it has truly made a difference. I am an avid player of World of Warcraft, so that is where my review and feedback is going to come from. So, here are some initial pros and cons after having had the device for a week. PROS: - The computer is very well built, and arrived with no issues. They packed the interior of the case with a shape-conforming expanding foam, so it kept everything nice and orderly. Also, the cable management in the case is excellent and I can barely tell where the cables even are when looking into the case. - This computer is ready to handle pretty much all of the modern games at least on high graphics settings, if not ultra. I went from setting 3 on World of Warcraft (1 in raids and dungeons) at 40-50 FPS to setting 8 in both normal play and dungeons and raids at the cap of 99 FPS, even on heroic end bosses like Argus. The only places I notice any drop is in major cities, but even then it still gets about 70 FPS. - Windows comes installed on the SSD, which is very nice. The system booted up extremely quickly, and Ive even notices that load times in game are even pretty quick with the game being installed on the HDD. - The case looks pretty cool. I dont know what it is but the fans look awesome. CONS: - The computer seems to get a little warm when in graphics intensive areas. I think this is less on the CPU overheating and more on poor airflow. There is a hard cover in front of the fans with small intake holes at the top and bottom so Im not sure how effective the fans are. - The power supply is not a brand I recognize, and I will be replacing it when I can.

Ive never owned a gaming computer but this one came highly recommended by several computer geniuses I know. Boy, I was not disappointed. Ive always played the sims and its a big game that always takes forever to load. With this computer not only did it download with great timing, but the processor in this thing is amazing. After playing with it every day for about a week now I have noticed everything seems to go more smooth and runs efficiently. Something I have never had with a computer before. So glad I bought this computer it is so worth the money! **12/7/18: almost a year later, it still runs like a beauty. We have several games, Skyrim, Diablo, fortnite, the complete Sims 4 collection and adding more and it runs like its brand new! You won’t regret your purchase!

First of all this PC was delayed in shipping because it had 2 UPS labels on it with 2 different tracking numbers. Bought a PC from Amazon on prime day. The first day I got it I has several blue screens and determined that the memory was bad. I called tech support and they had me send the memory back to them for RMA. I was without half of my RAM for about 7 days when I finally received a new DIMM. This DIMM was wrapped in plain bubble wrap with no ESD protection and in a large box just floating loosely in the box. Even with the Missing RAM and installing the new DIMM, I continued to have about one blue screen a day. I tried re-seating the ram and alternating the DIMMS their slots to no avail. Finaly after the latest blue screen the Audio stopped working. I found in the device manager that the High definition audio device could not start. I tried several fixes. uninstalling the device and re installing in the device manager, updating the driver, checking registry entries, running the troubleshooter, etc... Eventually I did a complete reinstall of windows and found that the device still could not start. I then tried to physically remove the front audio header and removed any other audio device to no avail. Never have I had so many problems with a PC, I expect that a PC manufacturer use proper testing and ESD procedures, Their lack of proper care has caused several problems, until I can be sure that Cyberpower uses industry standard procedures to ensure that their product is functional. I will not be buying a PC from them again or will I be recommending anyone to buy a PC from Cyberpower.

- Turns off at random after 4 days out of the box and then doesnt turn on anymore on the 5th day after using it. It doesnt come with a built in wifi adapter so you need to buy one if you plan on going wireless like me. It was shutting down at random on July 30th and then on the morning of July 31st, 2018 I turned it on and it did nothing. The fans didnt even go on. I checked to see what was wrong and it turns out that the PSU is most likely bad and doesnt work. I only ever opened the case to take out the styrofoam protection, install a wifi adapter card and to check what was wrong with the PC today. - I opened this PC a few days after it arrived and I installed a wifi adapter on July 27th. From there, I installed the Drivers and Utilities that came with the PC as well as the Driver for the wifi adapter. That was the first day I actually used it and it was fine until 4 days later where it would constantly turn off at random and then finally on the morning of July 31st where I pressed the power button and it wouldnt turn on. - Ive had this PC since July 18th, but used it for the first time on July 27th, 10 days after I received it. I installed the wifi adapter card on the same day I used it for the first time and thought everything was going to be fine from that point on. This was until I was met with random shut downs and a PC that wont turn on later afterwards. - I have to say Im very disappointed. I really loved what this PC had to offer when it worked in that small span of time. I dont even know what caused the PSU to stop working all of a sudden when it was working completely fine in the span of days where I used it. I checked temperatures and cables and everything was normal. I guess I just pulled the short end of the stick on this PC... Im going to call tech support and hope for a refund or even better, a replacement PSU thats better or actually works... I really do love this PC... Im just a bit disappointed on how long it lasted me... EDIT: August 27, 2018 - After multiple testing and leaving the PC on for a 48 hour period, I can safely say that the PC I ordered now works fine. After being frustrated with a PC that didnt work, I finally found out that the Power Supply Unit the PC came with was at fault the entire time. The Power Supply my PC came with was a non-branded 500 Watt Bronze Unit. This Power Supply worked but was not powerful enough to support all of the PCs components after I installed a Wifi Adapter Card on the Motherboard which was why the PC kept turning off at random. The PSU that the PC came with finally died and the PC would not turn back on, much to my frustration. Amazon support said I could not refund my money simply because I opened the case which made little to no sense since I had to open the case anyways in order to remove the styrofoam that was protecting the Graphics Card inside. CyberPower PC support offered me a replacement PC but I did not feel like getting a replacement since I had a hunch of what I needed to do to get this PC to work again. Since then, I have bought a new 850 Watt Bronze Power Supply Unit by EVGA and have replaced the old 500 Watt Bronze Power Supply Unit that came with the PC. Since the installment of the 850 Watt Bronze Unit, the PC has worked fine for long periods of time, the longest time being 2 days straight. For the people who are thinking of buying this PC, please read the following and learn from my experience: No Wireless Internet Option - The PC does not have a built in WiFi receiver which means you NEED a wired connection using an ethernet cable in order to connect to the internet. If you want to go the wireless route like I did, you will have to buy a WiFi Adapter Card and install it on your motherboard like I did which was very simple. Im not a computer whiz and even I was able to install the WiFi Adapter Card onto the motherboard. This is the WiFi Adapter Card that I bought and used in order to have a Wireless internet connection on this PC: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0079XWMEI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Weak Power Supply Unit - The PC comes with a very weak 500 Watt Bronze Power Supply Unit that wasnt listed in the specs and is expected to power High Spec parts like the Graphics Card and the Processing Unit which it most certainly is not powerful enough to support. If you want to upgrade or install more parts, you will need a more powerful Power Supply Unit or else one day, you will press the power button and the computer will not turn on due to not having enough power for all the components and parts your PC has installed on the motherboard. I would recommend you get a Power Supply Unit that is over 750 Watts just to be safe but I believe 650 Watts would suffice. If you plan to leave this PC on for long periods of time, you must pick a Power Supply Unit that is both 650 Watts or over and it must be 80+ Silver or Gold in order to save energy. Pick reliable and known brands like EVGA or Corsair. No Optical Bay (Disc Drive) - The PC comes with Discs that install your Drivers and Utilities, however the PC DOES NOT include an optical bay so you cannot even install these Drivers and Utilities with the Discs it comes with. For those of you who do not know what an optical bay is, it is the part of your computer that takes in DVDs, Bluray Discs, and other Discs that are used for installing programs, apps, utilities, or even used to install and play a PC game. If you want to install these Drivers and Utilities that come with the PC, you either need to look it up on their website, download and then install it (Which is a hassle and was impossible to do for me since I knew nothing about these Drivers and Utilities); OR you can use the discs they included in the box by connecting an External Optical Drive via USB to your PC and installing it all by disc which is what I did. Installing an Internal Optical Bay inside this PC is not an option since the Tower Case is not compatible (It has no openings whatsoever for an Optic Bay). I recommend to use an old External Optic Bay or buy a new one from Amazon to install these Drivers and Utilities. Most External Optic Bays price range are about $20 to $35 which isnt too bad. Has 2 Storage Drives: 120GB + 1TB - I see some people in the comments and questions section complaining about how there is only 120GB of Space. These people are technically right but they are also wrong. The 120GB of Space is your Local Disk (C:) but there is another 1TB of space which is equal to about 1000GB of space in the (D:) Drive. All in all, the amount of space in this PC should be about 1,120GB (1.12TB) which is the right amount of Space needed for a Gaming PC. Just make sure to install all your games inside the (D:) Drive and not in the Program Files or Program Files (x86) which is inside of the (C:) Drive. Local Disk: (C:) Drive - 120GB New Volume: (D:) Drive - 1TB (1000GB)

Ive been on the fence for a while now trying to decide if I wanted to make the jump from my Macbook Pro back into the PC world.. I finally made the choice to pull the trigger and came across this desktop. Everything is setup and I am amazed at the performance for the money!! Im running three 24" 1080p monitors and able to run any game I try at ultra settings, 60FPS or more, most games are running 100+ without any issues while also having live Twitch streams on a second monitor and Discord and other apps on the third, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Aside from performance, the case and build are both great! Cable management was very neat, wires arent pulled too tight and theres plenty of room inside for expansion. Ive already installed a 500GB SSD on top of the included 120GB SSD and 1TB HDD to install all of my games. Install was quick and easy and the included SSD mount was a super nice touch. My build came with an Asus Motherboard and Asus GPU, supposedly this varies per build but Im more than happy with the components I received. Look no further, this PC is great!!!

As I own all gaming platforms my son prefers gaming on a computer. I found this one and compared the innards and was happy with what was included for the price. As this was for a 12 year old I didnt want to spend thousands for something that would be almost be used for gaming. Once I received the unit it was straight forward to get up and running. I LOVE the fact that there is NO bloatware and extra crap that you end up deleting. I wish that the power supply would be stronger but I can always replace it at some point in the future. This can run 60fps games and I added two 27 inch curved monitors. The clear side of the desktop is plastic and could be prone to bend if it would get very hot. I ran temperature tests and it maintains good. So for the money this is a great more than a starter gaming CPU compared to other brands and same price point. I feel that I am getting more value. I wish also that we could upgrade just the GPU (with a higher price of course) when you are ready to buy it. Basically an option to upgrade some components. Had the desktop since July 2018 and all is still running without any problems. Update December 10, 2018. Have been so satisfied that I bought a second one for my other son. After overclocking the CPU and GPU this machine runs awesome. No more lagging of the CPU part. Again great entry gaming desktop.

The computer is as quiet as a whisper and easy to set up. It was up and running in minutes and there are no CDs or programs to install. They are already preinstalled and ready to go. I did have to order an external usb CD drive but thats not a big deal . They are cheap and its nice because the same one can be used on a laptop or even the tv set I have as a backup DVD player. The mouse, with its multi color lights on the bottom border are a nice touch as well. A friend got this computer and said it was one of the best around and I have to agree. Top notch.

This computer, for the price, is an amazing machine. I purchased it for my youngest son to replace his aging laptop. He has had it for 5 days now and he says he doesnt like it, he LOVES it. Plays all his games on high settings with really good FPS. The computer arrived in pristine condition with no defects. The inside was protected with inflatable foam packing to keep the parts installed and intact. Those reviews that say that they get damaged goods can only blame the shipper. Not CyberpowerPC. There was a meticulousness about protecting the computer during shipping. This is a very good machine for the money and I would recommend this machine and company to anyone, wholeheartedly.
