I had started to put together a set of parts to build a machine like this (i9-9900, 2070 graphics, etc). Happened across Cyberpowerpcs listing for this machine on Amazon, and decided I would buy off the shelf rather than building the machine. No regrets - the machine came in a couple days, booted right up, and is every bit as fast as similar machines in the Passmark ratings. Sure, I didnt get the satisfaction of selecting all my own bits/pieces and putting them together, but OTOH, this is a machine that I wanted to use for work related analysis, so the point was to solve problems, not tinker-toy yet another workstation together. Very happy with their build - it is very cleanly wired, the glass sides are appealing in some odd way. The only minor nits I have are the keyboard & mouse - they are wired devices, and are just unappealing. The lighted keyboard requires excessive travel, and the red backlight makes the keyboard letters hard to see (one would think that in 40+ years of computing, I would never have to look at the keyboard markings, but I still do at times, especially when the layout is a bit different than what i have loaded in my "hand" firmware). This is my first liquid cooled machine - fans are very quiet, and the cpu temps typically run in the 28-40 degC range, which is quite satisfactory. Of course, under heavy load, the temps will rise quickly to 60 degC before settling down. I would definitely buy from Cyberpowerpc again. The i9 cpu itself is a great chip - super fast on my computing load.

The shipment box was beat to heck so I figured the PC was going to be busted up, but thankfully I was wrong. It came in great condition and an easy setup. I decided to change out the PSU because I figured it would be a cheaper one, and it was. The SSD installed is a Western Digital 1TB (WDS100T2B0A). The motherboard is a Asrock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4. The RTX 2070 is manufactured from Gigabyte. This comes with a Mouse and Keyboard, but I prefer my own. If you have a monitor that can go above 60hz, make sure you have a display port cable as none came with it. This has 3 Display ports, one Mini DP and one HDMI port. There is no DVD/CD drive, but that doesnt bother me. The case offers very little dust filtration so cleaning is going to be in your near future if you decide to get it. I talk a little about temps below. If youre wondering if you get Battlefield 5. Yes, as it is the packaged promotional game offered by Nvidia. Cyberpower is not giving you the game, so it depends on if the promotion is still going on or not if you get a copy, and I’m assuming promotional games will change in the future. The CD key is e-mailed to you after the PC is shipped. Edit 1: After having it for a couple weeks, it runs everything great. I notice some high temps sometimes on both GPU and CPU(havent overclocked), so I might transition to a new liquid cooler, however, I read that the 9900k may not be compatible with other liquid coolers, so Im not sure how they assembled this one. It might just be the case. Ive had the cpu spike to 74c ish before, and GPU high 80s. - That might be normal, but Im not familiar with that kind of stuff. I never had to monitor temps. Edit 2: after having it for a couple months now, I wasn’t fond of the high temps. I replaced the case and cpu cooler and It has now met my standards. Without overclocking I’m running Anthem and any other game on the market on Ultra. Seeing how I replaced three components to reach this state, I would advise to just building your own, however, if you truly don’t want to take that responsibility, this PC has an inner beast being held back by the cheap manufacturerer’s components. It still works great in it’s shipping state, but make sure you monitor temperatures.

Just got and this think is a tank. Pulled up streamlabs and can stream at 60 FPS at 2.0% CPU usage. Cant wait to start playing games on steam and expanding my Twitch channel.

I ordered this PC to start streaming. It looks amazing, has better cable management than I have ever been able to do when I am custom building. The lighting and included remote to control it all work great, and the machine is surprisingly quiet considering how beastly it is. I got Corsair Brand memory in 2 8GB sticks to run in dual channel, which is a plus because some OEM builders use only a single 16GB stick. All the components were high quality, and from main brands except the PSU, which is 80+ certified but from a brand I dont recognize, so I will probably purchase an EVGA PSU just to make sure. I have never had a liquid cooled PC before this, so I cannot speak to the quality of the liquid cooling, but it seems to run cool, and quiet. Overall, this PC is amazing for the price, and even as someone who loves custom building, I would highly recommend it to anyone who doesnt want the hassle or stress of building a system themselves.

We love this PC! It runs all of the games we tried so far well over 100 frames per second with ultra settings. I wasnt sure which motherboard it was going to have but was happy to see it was a z390. The wifi and bluetooth work great. The ssd loads everything really fast. We couldnt be happier!

Update 2 You will not be able to use regular ASRock bios because this is a custom board. No support, other than canned responses and no way of keeping the board up to date. You can build a better system at or close to this price point with better parts that are retail. I made a mistake, hopefully you won’t. This is basically an oem style build that promises more than it delivers. Also, the custom ASRock phantom gaming 4 is NOT the same as the retail ASRock phantom gaming 4. Its different enough to not recognize bios and to not work as it should. Update 1: As of this writing, the onboard led controller no longer works. Support is useless, both Asrock and Cyberpower. Nobody every gets back to you (unless they see a 1 star review) Never again. This pile is getting boxed up right before the return period is over and sent back where it belongs, away from me. Almost 2k and countless hours wasted. Update: Since Amazon mixes reviews, this review is for the SLC10200CPG Found 1 of the interior fans missing two screws, and the other with loose screws. Now Im debating returning this heap of ZERO quality control because the fans are not even PWM controlled, theyre all controlled via the onboard rgb module with proprietary plugs. Aside from the beaten up box it came in, that looked like it sat in a warehouse for 6 months being kicked around like a soccer ball, ...Superficially, it looks great, but diving down into the tech, for this, or any price=point, its lacking. This feels like something thrown together specifically to be sold on Amazon. The core i9 rocks, but everything else is the cheapest no-name stuff you can find. The motherboard has most of the bells and whistles but has lousy support software for tweaking or monitoring. The fans look amazing, but theyre controlled with an off the shelf ws2812b setup which is just wrong. The fan config is silly, with all fans exhausting and none intaking. The cooler is liquid cooled, but try to find support for it, or a name, or specs, or instructions for maintenance. The top fan hole (only 1) is right above the rear exhaust fans for the liquid cooler, which means no putting another fan on top to bring in fresh air or exhaust hot air or anything, so its useless. Another grid toward the front of the top panel would have made sense. The front fans are side mounted and exhaust out of the side panel through small low angle louvers. I can go on an on about the design flaws for the sake of performance, but im not typing anymore. Oh, the keyboard looks beautiful, until you inspect it closer and see that most of the keys are not fully etched out, so the letters have remnants of the paint on them. The mouse is nice though. All in all, for 2K, you can go to pcpartspicker and make your own bad*ss system for near or at this price=point with name brand items. i would not recommend a cyberpowerpc system from Amazon. I cant speak to whether its better going directly through their website though.

Started out amazing but a few later the GPU is dying. Consistent black streaking and flashing random green pixels. Updating driver, rolling back drivers, reseating the GPU, lowering graphic settings yielded the same results. All games now crash immediately, web pages have the pixel issues, errors stated 3D accelaration problems, and PC rebooting. WOW on the lowest settings and Witcher 3 crash upon start up. Returning the product or a replacement. Trust me when I say that I really want this to work. I will update after I receive my new one Friday.

Parts: CPU-Intel Core i9-9900K, RAM-Geil Evo Potenza 16GB DDR4, MOBO-ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4-CB, GPU-ZOTAC GeForce RTX 2070 blower fan, SSD-Western Digital 3D NAND 1TB, PSU-Not sure, Fans-Apevia. Monitor: I use Alienware AW3418DW 34" 3440x1440 120Hz. (Best ultrawide monitor.) Pros: + Plug & Play right out of the box + Looks good + Pretty quiet (without overclock) + Good performance* + Nice keyboard & mouse included Cons: - Blower RTX 2070, runs hot (expect 85°C, *lowered performance at high temp) - Questionable no-name brands - RGB strip light went off after 2 weeks (RGB fans are OK) - No manuals for the keyboard & mouse included, mouse software from the site doesnt detect the mouse Overall: This is a solid purchase, if only the GPU is cooler itd be perfect. I play games on this at 3440x1440 and I get around 70-120 fps at High - Very High settings. Will update if anything changes.

Purchased this PC and it worked great for a couple days. It started freezing and forcing a restart while playing and game that is graphics intensive. Word colored orbs flash on screen. Pretty sure the RTX 2070 is faulty. Emailed both cyberpower and gigabyte to get help. Its been over a week and no response from either company. Sad customer service, wish I never decided to go with a prebuilt.

Ive planned to built my own PC and been doing research for months. I ran into this PC while doing research for parts. Decided to purchase the PC instead because the money for the parts in this PC is not bad. Got the PC in a timely manner and it certainly is a beast. Runs very smooth and very fast. I do a lot of gaming and have not run into any issues. The reason why Im rating it a four stars is because the PC was not properly assemble. Boot up the PC and none of the fans are spinning. The color and lights are on but the fans are not spinning. The fans have a different connector so they dont plug directly to the motherboard. They connect to a controller behind the motherboard and the controller will connect to the motherboard. There is an adapter connecting the two cords since both cords are males. The reason why the fans are not spinning is because the adapter was not connect properly, the controller require four prongs while connecting to the motherboard only require two. The four prongs on the adapter was connected to the motherboard cord while the two prong was connected to the controller cord. It was a minor issue but it does take a while to figure it out since all the cords seems to be connected properly. The problem couldve been resolve is CYBERPOWER would power up the PC after its assembled to make sure that its functioning properly. They would notice that the fans are not spinning and couldve resolve the issue before sending the product out to customers. Paying this kind of money, I dont expect to have to open the PC and have to take things apart. Other than that issue, the PC have been running very smoothly and product is worth the price. I have no regret making this purchase. If the problem I have was a defect, I would ask for an exchange instead of refunds.
