Bought on Prime Day because it was a great deal. Had no complaints until last night when it stopped working. Tried to make a warranty claim. On Amazons website they refer you to the manufacturer. On Toshibas website they refer you to Best Buy. Called Best Buy and they directed me to a Toshiba number, which then directed me to a different Toshiba number which I couldnt reach. Called Amazon and talked to a machine that was even more useless than Toshiba or Best Buys machine. It asked me to explain my issue and I did and it said nothing. Total silence. After several minutes of trying to get the machine to say anything I hung up. Very disappointed with Amazon, Best Buy, and Toshiba for giving me the run around. TV is only a few months old, its within the warranty period. But I havent even been able to talk to anyone about it.
