Bought this for a bathroom in our new home. Due to construction delays, we werent able to install it until just last week and it was discovered that the sound doesnt work at all. Unfortunately, I didnt read reviews in detail but saw overall review of 4 stars, and I didnt read the refund policy (totally my fault). The seller was very kind on the phone, but I was beyond the return period and he recommended that I go through the manufacturer as a warranty claim and get a replacement. The manufacturer referred me to their website where it says I have to send the TV back AND SEND THEM $45 to send a replacement for a $100 TV. Im feeling ripped off by the manufacturer.

a few problems setting up, but it serves my purpose in a small room. Nice color and difficult to find size. In my case I wanted a small tv in my work/computer room and this just fit in a cozy corner. Not overpowering my work area.

I use this in my big truck when waiting on loads I just relax and watch TV dosent get any better than that

picture is GREAT sound is not so great. We have put this in our travel trailer its only used for the occasional rainy day and for watching a movie late late at night at the campground. Worth the purchase for this case. I purchased an under the cupboard mount and it was the perfect fit!
