The stand that comes with the light is very flimsy and doesnt stand up to the weight of the light fixture. A few minutes after initial set up, the legs of the tripod began to slide out. The locking mechanism for the legs is made of very thin metal, so the set screw doesnt hold in place. The whole stand sways under the weight of the light fixture. The pressure foot and plastic housing the cell phone holder is thin and low quality. Returning. Update to the Update: The seller continues to email me (4 messages so far) asking me to remove this review and offering to pay me to remove this review. I have edited my review to remove my comment "dont waste your money" and speculation about how the durability of the cell phone holder. I also added "Seller continues to badger me to remove this review" to the headline. Update: About a week after my review, I received an email message from the seller offering to pay me to delete this review. The light ring is excellent. Good overall lighting and lighting control. Easy to use with a little familiarization. The stand is cheap but for the price, I am more interested in the light and its features. Already purchased a quality tripod with far more features that is stonger. This light just begs for a rechargeable power supply. A 12v converter works but a constant 12v power supply is still required. A power supply option at an additional fee would be great accessory +++++
