Bought this item a few months ago. The assembly process was quick and easy. It came with a carry on case to protect the lighting which was great. Used it for various occasions and I recently used it for my family Christmas party and they loved it. Pros: Enjoyed how the light was dimmable and can be easily adjusted for all sorts of environment. The tripod was light yet very sturdy. Adjustable height of a max 6 which was great. It included a mount for your camera onto the fixture which eliminates the need to have a secondary tripod for your camera. Cons: The only thing I wish was better was the cord. It was not long enough which required me to use an extension cord at my recent event. Other than the cord issue, I still enjoyed the product and how easy it was to provide adequate lighting for photos in the worst lighting environment. I would definitely recommend this product to others

I just want to say my first review was a 1 because I recieved the light with no stand and the bulb burnt out. The company sent me the stand and a new replacement bulb and I couldnt be happier!! This light is wonderful for makeup tutorials, it is so bright, puts out absolutely no heat (your not sweating while putting on makeup) and also gives you the best look in your videos. Thanks again for making this right!!!

This ring light is Fantastic! The stand is solid and honestly larger than expected. If youre looking for a table/desk top light then this might be a little too high, but for what I want to use it for it is AWESOME! The carrying case is a nice feature to keep it protected and carry an otherwise awkward shaped light & it is light enough to take with you. The light itself is super & I love the snap on filters. The head tilts just as expected and holds firm when in an angled position. The dimming feature is very helpful and allows you to dial in just the right amount of features. Now I just need a cold shoe mount to attach my iPhone & iPad mounts to and the videos I shoot will be even easier to film. Overall: Very Happy with this product and the DVE Store from which I ordered. You cant be the price they have on these right now.

Great purchase!!!! Was actually delivered earlier than expected. It was packaged well and was easy to assemble. Ive been using it for several days now and love it! I can mount either my Canon video camera or my Sony DSLR with no problem on the mount included. I love that I can dim or brighten the light so I can film at night if I need to and dont have to rely on natural light. It gives my videos a natural looking light. I debated on purchasing this for a long time but I wish I had purchased it sooner.

The light-dimmer is nice to use. Its quiet and doesnt buzz. The downside is the camera holder in the center. It works poorly, constantly moves around, you never know if its level or not, and is hard to keep it in the same position. I use my tripod for my camera anyway. A bummer because I was looking forward to setting the camera on the ringlight.

Very easy to assemble and radiates a lot of light ! It comes with a nice case which makes transporting the ring light a piece of cake! I just wish the cord was a little longer. I am having trouble attaching my NIKON D5200 DSLR to the mount that comes with the stand. I noticed some people havent had that issue, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong.. Any tips???

Light works great. The stand and the clamping mechanisms seem really cheap and are not sturdy at all.
