Wow! Fit right on my D4s with NO problem. I like the fact that it comes with multiple adapters for fit every lens I use. I had ordered a different brand/different make from another manufacturer and it just did not seem sturdy. I returned that one and got this one. What a difference! This one is sturdy, slips on and off the camera with no problem. I put the batteries in and off I went. Im really happy that this one is TTL. That makes a huge difference when its time for the flash to communicate with the camera. That is a pretty important feature when youre in the middle of shooting photos and something changes and you dont have the time to change the camera settings AND the flash settings. I just got it today and have been using it most of the afternoon with NO issues. It hasnt overheated at all. It has a nice lit back and labeled buttons that are easy to understand and make it easy to see in the light and dark environments. I highly recommend this one.

Ive had a few cheaper macro ring flashes in the past, none of which even come close to the quality as the K&F. There are way too many features/options that this macro light offers that other cheaper macro lights dont. As soon as I picked up the parcel from the mailbox I knew just from the weight that this wasnt going to be some flimsy product, I was right! I also love the locking system around the inside of the light, which locks on to the end of the cameras lens; cheaper units just spin around making it impossible to use the left/right side of the rings light option. I was also pleased to find that this unit came with its own case as well. Ive been waiting for a flash like this one for awhile now, it was worth the wait!!!

This flash is easy to install and operate. I have not used it enough to get an idea of battery life yet. The Battery door is kind of hard to get closed and if you are not a patient person I could see some people breaking it. Some reviews mention the flash spinning around on their lens, I can see that happening. See mine mounted, it is up side down and stays put just fine. I was considering the Canon for around $550. I am very glad I bought this one instead.

This KF-150 TTL Macro Flash works on all my Nikon film (Nikon F5, Nikon F6) and digital (Nikon D3, Nikon D5) cameras in TTL mode. For the Nikon F5, the red flash indicator does not light up in the viewfinder but when the shutter is clicked, the KF-150 macro ring flash works. On the Nikon F6, D3 and D5, the red flash icon lights up. I was really surprised that this flash would work on my Nikon F5! Attached are 2 sample images of the macro ring flash lighting up upon releasing the shutter of my Nikon D3 and D5 cameras. Sorry, I cant have images taken from my Nikon F5 and F6 film cameras.

I bought this Ring flash for macrophotography and enjoyed the results already after few shots! The interface is user friendly (although you might want to pick a look into the manual if you are not familiar with flash). I really enjoyed the possibility to control the power of the two part of the ring independently. In addition, the different mode of lightings (Continuous/On Focus) are really useful to get the right focus especially in low light conditions. Conclusions: Really good quality/price.

Ive bought several cheap ring flashes in the past. Never satisfied with them. This ring flash is fantastic and at a reasonable price. Seems to be solidly built. The i-ttl works great on my Nikon D750. Instruction manual is much to be desired, but anyone with a little smarts can figure out how to operate it.

The K&F ring flash appeared to be a very nice unit, unfortunately flash tube “A” did not work. I returned the ring flash and the money was promptly credited to my account. Defects occasionally occur with electronic equipment and I have no negative comments.

I wasn’t sure at first given the price vs. the canon but this is a great product. Well built, bright and easy to use. The rings are metal, not plastic. Great addition to macro photography.
